General InformationThere are two convection ovens side by side under the grille and stovetop. These run on 110 VAC and propane. These are excellent for heating large quantities of food rapidly, sort of a super microwave.Foods left in the oven will stay warm for a while, but check the temperature to ensure food safety. A couple of minutes of heating occasionally will keep the contents warm. These units have electronic pilot lights, and light automatically. |
ControlsThe controls for the convection oven are very simple, on/off/cooldown, temperature, and timer. The center position of the switch at the top of the panel is off. |
